「Great family getaway – nature, activities, and a super helpful WeChat English Service We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful time. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. The service was great, but the best part was the location – you're always surrounded by nature, which feels incredibly relaxing. There are also lots of activities for kids, so our children were happily busy the whole time. One really handy thing: there's a car you can call to take you anywhere in the resort area. Made exploring so easy. A quick note on language – most staff only speak Mandarin, but that wasn't a problem since I know a little. And if you don't speak any, they have a WeChat Helper (can’t remember the exact term they used) service where you can message in English and get a quick reply in English. Special thanks to Housekeeper Xiaowen, who was our WeChat contact person. She helped us throughout our stay, always responded quickly in English, and was just so kind and accommodating. Really appreciate her! Highly recommend this hotel!」
