「サラエボ・グランド・ホテルは、時間のある方にも必要なものがすべて揃っており、旧ユーゴスラビアの雰囲気を体感できる「グランド」ホテルの一つです。 朝食は簡素なものでしたが、価格を考えると期待通りでした。椅子に「サラエボ1984」オリンピックカラーがあしらわれていたのが、懐かしさを感じさせてくれました。 部屋は簡素でしたが、一人旅に必要なものはすべて揃っており、数日ごとに清掃も行われました。エアコンがなかったことが、この旅の快適さを少し損なわせた唯一の点でした。 メゾネットフロアにはバーがあり、午後11時頃まで終日ドリンクを提供しています。スタッフは丁寧で親切でした。 車をお持ちでない方は、フロントデスクでタクシーを手配するか、鉄道駅や最寄りのトラム/バス停まで徒歩5分です。 展望台が近くにあり、オスマン帝国時代の街までは徒歩約30分です。 また泊まりたいです。 👍」

「Such a delightful place that fully served the purpose of my solo trip to Bosnia. I chose to stay in Sarajevo while I go to visit sites outside of Sarajevo. And I am just showing this view from outside my window (my room has three windows, thank you Demir 😍) to show it is right at the tip of the old town. I often spent a number of times just looking out of the window and watch the world pass by. It was a meaningful feeling. An extra special thanks to Demir for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Even when I began messaging him before coming (a few months before ☺️) he was very understanding. The self check-in feature was super simple too, and as I arrived much later in the evening after check-in hours, he was on whatsapp assisting me all the way until I reached my room. Hvala, Demir for your tireless efforts and warmness which was one of the highlights of my stay in Sarajevo.」

「The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly.」

「Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.」
