"For the fourth year in a row, we've been staying at the Pullman Mercure for a few days. We usually go in early September, but this year it was July. As always, the staff was excellent (the receptionists were very polite, friendly, and professional, and always helped us with our problems), the breakfasts, and the pool on the 16th floor. I injured my leg on the stairs. A huge thank you to the medical staff (Natalia and Inna, if I remember correctly). They bandaged it up and were very helpful. Now about the downsides: 1. Don't order the cocktails at the beach bar. The mojitos are vaguely reminiscent of the original, and they generously add Bon Aqua to the Aperol spritz, which shouldn't be there. Last year, they were fine. 2. The beach has been compacted, and there's a clear shortage of umbrellas and tables—they simply don't fit. They've created a paid VIP area, which is almost always half-empty. The sun loungers are cramped and uncomfortable for me. It's very difficult to place a sun lounger under an umbrella for shade. In my opinion, the beach currently does not meet the 5* standard."

"I always write reviews because it really helps other people. So, we stayed from January 6th to 8th. The street to the hotel is narrow, and taxi drivers don't like it. If you're going somewhere else, it's better to go down and call onto a larger street; it'll be more convenient for both you and the taxi driver. But we had suitcases and called to the hotel. There's a good farm store up the street. It's a bit pricey, but the food is delicious: cheese, amazing olives, oil, and delicious large eggs. Red and White is opposite. The Arboretum is nearby. The sea is 7 minutes away. The hotel has neat, clean grounds, and the girls at reception are pleasant. There are umbrellas for inclement weather. The weather was changeable, with occasional rain. The heated mini-bar is very useful in such moments. However, the exit isn't right outside the hotel; if it's cold, it's uncomfortable. And the sauna is missing. We had an Insta Studio room: it's a bit narrow... It's missing a coat rack and bags in the hallway; hooks on the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen would be nice. We were always afraid of knocking over the router in the hallway with our elbows. Our room, 253, is opposite the utility room, and I understand there was a constant rustling sound from footsteps there from early morning. So, if anything happens, don't stay there. Otherwise, no one was yelling, singing, or making noise. The kids in the pool were noisy, but it was only a light noise. The closet is roomy, but there aren't enough hangers: only 4. The bed, mattress, and plenty of pillows and blankets are comfortable. It's warm and cozy. The bathroom is well-stocked: toothbrushes, shampoos, shower gel, hair conditioner, toiletries, soap, face, foot, and shower towels, robes, and disposable slippers. There's a water cooler in the hallway and coffee with extras downstairs. Kitchen: Dishes: 4 forks, 4 spoons, 6 cups, 6 glasses, a corkscrew, a knife, a board, a spatula for the frying pan, a colander, a saucepan with a lid, a frying pan without a lid. I love cooking at home, I missed a grater, another knife, more different plates, large mugs, a saucepan, and rags for wiping the table, but there is a sponge for washing dishes and a dishcloth. If you cook, buy salt, there is a little in the room. It was enough for us for 2 days) There is tea, coffee, sugar, and even chocolates)) water in bottles, a kettle, a small refrigerator. Convenient sockets, no need to take a fork. Heated floors in the bathroom. TV with a lot of channels, excellent Wi-Fi. The table for eating is a coffee table, a bit small, but for the two of us it is fine. There is a little more on the balcony. I'll mention the laundry separately. There's a washing machine, but no detergent or dryer (just a towel dryer). I got out an ironing board, placed it between the kitchen and bathroom, and we put our bags on it, then hung the washed laundry on the wire rack below. We're missing blankets for sitting on the balcony or taking to the beach, and there are no beach towels either. Overall, everything is clean, odorless, and tidy. If you need anything, they'll bring it. Cleaning is daily. Tip: add dishes, washing powder, blankets, hooks in the hallway (required), and hangers in the closet."
