Breakfast was another highlight, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors served by an energetic and proud team. The complimentary late-night supper further demonstrated Atour's attentiveness to its guests' needs. Just when we thought the service couldn't be more thoughtful, as we were about to leave, a staff member gently asked, ”Would you like a bottle of water for your journey?” 🥹 That simple gesture encapsulated the entire Atour experience: pure, unpretentious kindness. The location is ideal, with a subway station just steps away, a supermarket across the street, the train station nearby, and a delicious Hakka restaurant right behind the hotel. 旅行で二十四府花园酒店を選びました。庭園のような環境は静かで上品、都会の喧騒の中にありながら落ち着いた雰囲気で、ムード満点です。部屋は日当たりが良く、バスルームはウェットとドライが分かれており、アメニティも充実しています。室内の設備はすべて新しく、使い勝手も良いです。朝食は種類が豊富で、地元の特色に合った味付けでした。スタッフの方々は親切で、荷物の預かりや道案内もとても丁寧に対応してくれました。セルフサービスのティーサービスやランドリールームも完備されており、車での旅行者には無料駐車場もあります。家族旅行にもビジネスでの短期滞在にも適しており、コストパフォーマンスは最高です。福州に来る友人にはぜひおすすめしたいです。きっと私と同じようにこのホテルを気に入るはずです。

今回の滞在は非常に満足でした！部屋は広々として明るく、清掃も行き届いていて、隅々まで綺麗でした。マットレスは硬すぎず柔らかすぎずちょうど良く、防音もしっかりしていて夜はとても静かでした。フロントスタッフの対応も親切で、チェックインもスムーズでした。立地も良く、移動に便利でした。

「エレベーターに近い部屋がいいな」と何気なく言っただけなのに、ドアを開けたらすぐエレベーターという部屋で、心遣いに感動しました！スタッフの方もとても親切で、ホテルの雰囲気も公式写真よりずっと新しくてきれいでした。予約時は少し迷ったのですが、結果的に期待以上でしたね！ダブルルームは広々として明るく、静かで清潔。何よりも驚いたのは、シャワーの水圧が最高だったことです。そして、ロケーションがまた素晴らしい！ホテルの左手にはすぐにフードストリートがあり、そこをまっすぐ行けば数分で三坊七巷に着きます。私のお気に入りのお店も全部近くにありました。外に出たくない時は、ロボットがデリバリーしてくれるので、本当に便利でした。大満足の滞在だったので、おすすめです！！

古田から夕方6時頃にホテルに到着しました。暑さと疲労で早くチェックインして休みたいと思っていました。ちょうど夕食時で駐車場が満車だったため、不満を感じ、別のホテルを探そうかと思ったほどです。駐車場のスタッフが、空きができ次第電話すると言ってくれました。この良いスタートのおかげで、その後はすべて順調でした。 車を停めてロビーに行き、フロントに部屋を見せてほしいと頼むと、若いスタッフが手際よく案内してくれました。部屋は狭かったですが、もう車も停めてしまったし、とりあえず一晩泊まって明日別のホテルを探そうと思いました。 チェックイン後、レストランに行くと、嬉しい驚きがありました。聚春園が仏跳牆の発祥の地だというのです。明日はぜひ仏跳牆を試してみようと思いました。 翌日、別のホテルを探すのではなく、もう一泊することにしました。この場所が繁華街にあり、どこへ行くにも非常に便利だとわかったからです。部屋は狭く設備もシンプルでしたが、私はホテルでバカンスを過ごすつもりはありませんでしたし、ホテルのスタッフのサービスはプロフェッショナルで、これが滞在を決めた重要な理由でした。それに、夜はレストランで仏跳牆を食べたかったのです。 聚春園レストランの仏跳牆には非常に満足しましたが、スタッフのサービスはプロフェッショナルさに欠けていました。食材の名前を尋ねても、マネージャーか上司しか答えられず、他のスタッフは上司に尋ねないとわからないと言いました。レストランのマネージャーや上司はあまり忍耐強くありませんでした。 まとめ： 1. 立地が良い 2. 客室、フロント、駐車場のサービスが良い 3. 客室の設備は簡素で、改装が必要 4. 聚春園レストランは老舗で非常に価値があるが、マネージャーや上司はベテランぶっており、スタッフは研修生のように不慣れな印象を受けた。

とても親切で温かいおもてなしをいただきました！朝食は和風で、前夜に用意してもらえました。最終日の夜食には「小吃（シャオチー）」というヘルシーで栄養満点のスープまでいただきました！ 私は中国語は初級レベルですが、英語での対応もいただきました。窓付きの部屋をリクエストしたところ、1時間以内に変更してもらえました。 着席してお茶をいただき、近くの地元のレストランに連れて行ってもらいました。 このエリアは、三巷（サン・アレー）、雲山と寺院、カフェバー、ショッピング、リバーウォーク、サイクリングなど、魅力的なスポットがたくさんあります。 海運史跡の馬尾（マーウェイ）までは少々遠いですが、Didi（ディディ）がたくさんあります。 フロントで近くの観光スポットをもっと教えてほしかったです。 お気に入りの海運史博物館とイギリスの展望台は見つけられませんでした。

🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip!
