"Good rooms, but the day pass service is terrible. We paid for a weekend and the jacuzzi area was only for 2 and full of day pass people. Also, it didn't seem like a hotel but rather a QUINTA spa. Even paying for three nights I couldn't use the jacuzzi for the three full days of the day pass and it was terrible. I would NEVER COME BACK!"

"The hotel is good but the price does not represent what should be for your customers (price relationship - quality)... access is very empty and the arrival at the hotel is deteriorated, even making a construction. The rooms are comfortable TV signal lack (may have at least one MagisTV) only have access to movies on the Internet and the internet is poor. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. I think the collaborators are trying to provide a good service but there is a need for proper guidance from the Management. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The price of the night itself should be at least 35%-40% lower than the value charged."
