チェックインは平均的で、挨拶や歓迎の気持ちは全くなく、5つ星ホテルとしては残念なものでした。部屋のシャワーの蛇口が壊れていましたが、プロの技術者が1時間以内に修理してくれました。素晴らしいサービスでした。 ハウスキーピングは一貫性がありませんでした。1日目は素晴らしかったのですが、2日目はタオルが不足しており、アメニティの補充もありませんでした。3日目は最悪で、トイレットペーパーやティッシュの補充がなく、1日を過ごすのにやっとの量でした。滞在中、基本的なアメニティを何度もリクエストする必要がありました。 チェックアウトはスムーズで迅速でした。 全体的に、サービスと設備は5つ星ホテルの期待に完全には応えていません。客室のメンテナンス対応は良かったのですが、ハウスキーピングとゲストサービスは改善の余地があります。

ここに滞在するのは4回目だと思います。 景色、安全、設備、テレビ機能が好きで、テレビYouTubeを使って自分でカラオケできますへへ バスルームはいいです。歯ブラシなどセット 手頃な価格のキングサイズのベッド。平日の長いパックの仕事の後、私の美しい場所に休むために他に何が必要ですか? 確かに、私は再びここに滞在します。 もう一つ、朝食は素晴らしいです。

The hotel has an old vintage charm, and you can tell it must have had a grand atmosphere during its prime. It mainly features older furnishings, so it’s suitable if you don’t mind that style. The cleanliness is highly commendable, as maintaining older items requires great care. The furniture is well-maintained, sturdy, and fully functional.

Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities. Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach. Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach. Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning. Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.

The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

The hotel room is nice & clean but unfortunately there are no dining chairs provided. There is a place to cook but there are no pots, no plates, no cups of the right size, not provided. Do we have to bring all of that ourselves? Which is impossible! The washing machine provided is not safe to use because the door cannot be locked & the water comes out of the front door. The iron cord is too short and it is very difficult to use. The saddest thing is why the workers working in the front row are not friendly & there is no smile at all from them to your guests . Their faces are always sour & not friendly at all. There is not a single word ”Thank you” coming out of your frontliner. I think the management should change your frontline staff.

シャレーに3泊しました。部屋のWiFiは使えなかったので、ロビーに行かなければなりませんでした。朝食はラクサ以外は普通で、ココナッツミルクが添えられていました。ビーチは手入れが行き届いておらず、美しいビーチには割れたグラスやペットボトルが、ココナッツの木の下には空の酒瓶が転がっていました。 ドミトリーがある近くの建物では、川から海に流れ込んだ臭いのするゴミが流れ、その部分は黒く濁った海になっていました。 リゾートのメンテナンスと管理が不十分なのは残念です。次回訪れるときにはもっと良くなっているといいですね！

このホテルは快適な滞在に必要な基本的なアメニティを充実させてくれました。立地も素晴らしく、猫の像まで徒歩わずか2分で、そこからウォーターフロント沿いを散策できます。朝食ビュッフェも充実していて、チャーハンと新鮮なパイナップル、オレンジジュースが特に気に入りました。スタッフの方々もとても親切でフレンドリー、そして親身になって対応してくれました。素晴らしいサービスでした！

このホテルでの滞在は快適でした。部屋は清潔で快適、そしてよく整備されており、清潔なリネンと充実したアメニティが揃っていました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、チェックインとチェックアウトは迅速かつスムーズに行われました。立地も便利で、お店やレストランにも近く、安全だと感じました。全体的に見て、価格に見合った価値があり、また利用したいと思っています。
