ゲゲストThe location is fantastic, just exactly what I needed especially in Ramadan. The masjid next door makes it so accessible and easy for travelers.
What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry)
She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety.
The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners.
Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.
MMoataz888I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable.
The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well.
The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine.
ゲゲストJumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best.
Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times.
Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it.
Bottom line:
Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.
ゲゲストExcellent facility. Very good service. Little far from Masjid Al Haram. Has bus service from 06:00 to 04:00. Taxi 10-15 Riyals to bus stop. If you want to go closer, 20-25 Riyals in the tunnel under the clock tower. From bus stop 10-15 minutes walk to the entrance. When they will be fully open after construction it can be shorter.
ゲゲストThe hotel lies inside the clock towers which is very close to Masjid Al Haram and mall with many choices for dining and where hypermarket exists there . All you just need is to go through one elevator to ground zero to reach to Al Masjid Al Haram. The breakfast could have been much more diverse given the brand name .
AAhmed al bulushiThe breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold.
Staff are great and hotel was really nice.
Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner.
This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.
ゲゲストA very nice and clean hotel, located close to the Haram. The food is delicious, and the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. The room is fantastic and cleaned daily. Highly recommended.
FFauzi NirwansyahGreat stay overall at Swissôtel Al Maqam. The location is excellent with very convenient access to Masjid al-Haram, making prayers easy at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay.
Only a small concern: although my checkout was extended until 2 PM, my key card stopped working around 1 PM and needed reactivation. Aside from that minor issue, everything was smooth and enjoyable.
AAulia BimoOverall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner.
Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest.
Appreciated and thanks.
FFara FaisalI booked this hotel for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. The view was awesome!! The receptionist very helpful but one thing that i can recommend is to upgrade breakfast menu seems like nothing much to eat and all same.
