The hotel itself was very clean and lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the 1st night, was difficult to sleep, but the receptionist managed to get us some softer ones, which were a little bit better.

I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. Good hotel, nice breakfast with a variety of items. Very good juices,coffee and tea selection Great pool area and sauna. Shame Aircon does not work in the rooms. Even with the heating in the rooms turned off we still had to leave the window open overnight as it was too hot.

部屋はとても明るく清潔で、ベッドはしっかりしていました。ホテルの公式サイトには客室にエアコンが付いていると記載されていましたが、実際はそうではありませんでした。受付の人に尋ねたところ、私の読み間違いだと説得され、私を馬鹿にしようとしました。しかし、客室にはエアコンが付いていると明記されているにもかかわらず、実際には受付とロビーにしかエアコンが付いていませんでした。部屋はとても快適でしたが、カーテンを閉めないと向かいのオフィスが見えてしまうので、網戸があればもっと良かったと思います。

Lovely stay at the hotel , amenities were perfect for what we were looking for. Ok some parts could do with an update but generally was very nice and would stay here again .

Don't put your room keycard near your phone as it deactivated the access to my room almost every nt. Other guests had the same issue and it's a long walk back to reception especially with disabilities and tired from sightseeing and you get to your room and you can't get in Restaurant good Staff helpful It's got a pool and gym which I didn't get to use

Comfy bed and great shower - all that we need after a full day of getting drenched in The Great British Rain. Breakfast was superb and filled us up for the day. We only stayed one night but we really liked it.

For a normal size breakfast you had to pay extra, the heating was broken in the spa so it was quite cold. The hotel did look a bit tatty in places. Service was lacking, always had to chase the staff members. Lovely building and good location.
