"The lake and mountain view from our cosy room for three was genuinely beautiful, and a special mention goes to the brunette waitress with glasses, who was always smiling, helpful, attentive, and brought such a positive energy. That said, our room was in the older part of the hotel and really needs updating, and we were disappointed to find a hair in the bed and that the shower and toilet were not properly clean. We were also disturbed at night by the garden and emergency-exit lights, although the hotel reacted quickly to cover them. Breakfast was decent overall, but we often found small pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and a bit more variety like smoked salmon or avocado would be welcome, while dinner felt too expensive for the quality, so we preferred eating at nearby restaurants."

The rooms, although not excessively spacious, are equipped with the necessary and well maintained; I also tried the small spa in the structure, of which I particularly appreciated the hydromassage tub.
