"Stayed at Hampton Inn Stockbridge and honestly it was 🔥 Clean rooms, super comfy beds, friendly staff, and the breakfast actually hit the spot. Perfect location too — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The whole place felt welcoming from check-in to check-out. Definitely one of those hotels that makes traveling feel easy. Would 100% stay again 🙌🏽"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! After trying to call and being placed on hold for over 20 minutes twice, we were told we could only book this hotel stay online. I felt the employee on the phone was half rude and had a bad feeling from the beginning. I should have listened to my gut. Instead we booked a 2 queen room online like she suggested. We drove with 2 small children 6+ hours to get to this hotel. We even called the hotel after making our reservation online to be sure they had our confirmation number and everything was set. They told us it was. We arrived around 10:30 pm only for the same employee we spoke with earlier to tell us they had no rooms! She told us she had to take walk ins before us and it did not matter that we had a reservation and confirmation number. She had no sympathy and could care less than they were leaving 2 small children without a hotel room late at night. She said she was referring people to their sister hotel but told us it had a broken elevator so we couldn’t stay there either. She did not offer to do anything else to help. They refused to help us. We have never had this happen and have stayed at all kinds of hotels. Absolutely horribly customer service! I will never return here. There is à La Quinta directly beside this hotel, they had room for us thankfully and treated us with nothing but kindness. Stay there instead."

"This hotel is very conveniently located however in the 5 nights I stayed there my room only got cleaned once. There was no room attendant in the evenings so if you needed any additional towels, you had to physically go to the lobby to get them. The air conditioning was also a problem in the lobby area."

"初めてこの場所に滞在し、Morrowから20分間出かけました。i75はいつものように流量が多く、しばらくブロックされました。 空港から離れると静かで快適になると思いますが、そうではありません。流行が回復するのに十分な時間がないと推定されており、ホテルの施設は長い間荒廃しています。シャワーヘッドがわずかに漏れていたので、一泊しました。疲れすぎて怠惰すぎて交換できませんでした。問題を解決するために一時的に配管工に戻りました。反対側のドアロックも壊れているようで、マスターが修理しています。漏れのせいで、部屋は梅雨の匂いがすると推定されています。 フロントと朝食は印象的ではありません。"
