"FCミートウィランのチョ・ギュソン選手を見に利用したホテルですが、ヘルニングで一番きれいでいいホテルだと思います！何よりホテルスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。 10時に到着して早期チェックインもすぐに進んでくださり、フロントを通るたびに笑っていただき、プール、サウナ、ジムなど利用にも親切にご案内いただき、ホテルのためにもう一度来なければならないと思いました！ホテルの朝食は無難ですが、食パンが本当にとても美味しくてスタッフさんに売るところまで聞いてみてパン屋に行ってきました。遅い時間に電子レンジ利用できるようにお手伝いいただき、色々なのでホカンスちゃんとやっていきます～"

"Very short stay but lovely place"

"It was a disappointing reunion in many ways. The price was raised unreasonably high. We were 2 couples who had booked separate stays. Ours cost 1492 including breakfast, for a standard room, which is usually around 692-868kr. When we arrived at 3pm, the radiator had not been turned on and the room was very cold. There was no possibility to make a cup of coffee or tea in the rooms, the shampoo/soap was not very good, dried out the skin and hair. Our friends had booked for just over 1500kr, they got a family room. It was with a bathroom that had no shelf/hook for towels or glass to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. At check-in, it was only possible to speak English with your nice staff, who had a foreign accent. That also went well and she told us that breakfast was served from 7-10. Sunday morning at 9am, we were greeted by a chaos of waiting guests and a kitchen that couldn't keep up at all. We had to wait 40 minutes to get a scraped breakfast meal where nothing was worth the wait. The coffee had apparently been sitting in the large tap containers for some time, the scrambled eggs were sticky and tasted strange, even though we got freshly made. The sausages that were there had meanwhile become cold. The bread looked like something from a "bakeoff", the cold cuts were also a bit boring. And the staff was MAXIMUM PRESSURE. They should perhaps consider dividing the time for breakfast up, so the poor employees in the kitchen can keep up. And be a little more picky about the ingredients for that price."
