先日、家族や友人を訪ねて街に滞在するホリデーで、アリノのプレミアムクイーンルームに8泊しました。 気に入った点： - 新しいホテルなので部屋が清潔でした。 - 親切で気配りのあるスタッフ。まさに「アラガン・フィリピーノ」（フィリピンのおもてなし）という名前にふさわしいです。 - ランドリー設備があり、有料で洗濯・乾燥ができます。 - フィリピン式の朝食は、特に海外在住のフィリピン人（OFW）には最高です。ルームダイニングのオプションや、外国人向けのコンチネンタルブレックファスト、アメリカンブレックファストもあります。 - フィードバックにとても前向きで、改善に最大限努力してくれます。 改善を希望する点： - 車道：特に車高の低い車が出庫する際、車のバンパーが擦れて車が損傷します。 - 私たちの部屋はエレベーターの近くでしたので、エレベーターの音やフロアを行き来する人々の声など、部屋の外の音がすべて聞こえ、安眠できませんでした。 - エレベーターと廊下に香水（芳香剤）を置くことを検討してほしいです。 それ以外は、この街を訪れる際にはいつもここに泊まりたいと思える最高の場所を見つけられたと思っています。

ホテル全体的に綺麗です。アメニティは全てあります。冷蔵庫は無い。スタッフはガードマン含めて皆さん笑顔あり礼儀正しいです。ウェルカムドリンクあり。朝食は美味いです。*料理はリクエストできます。自家用車で来る人は駐車場通路が狭いので注意して下さい。

扉がバタンと大きな音を立てて閉まるので、うるさいです。窓がとても大きくて朝日をたっぷり浴びることができ、それがこのホテルに泊まって1番良かったことでした。また、モールに行くまでの道について、少し案内があってもいいのかなと思いました。Googleマップ通りに行くとかなり遠回りになります。実はホテルの裏から出られる等近道があるので、歩くのが辛い人は、最短の道をホテルの人に聞いた方が良いです。 1番不満だったのは朝食でした。あれほどまでに大行列になるなら、例えば日本のホテルのように何時から何時が特に混みます等、混む時間を集中しないようにする配慮をした方が良いと思いました。

今回の目的であった韓国人のコンサート会場から近く、ショッピングモールと直結していたので、大変便利で、女一人でも会場まで楽に安全に行き来できました。アメニティが、バスタオルと歯ブラシしかなく、バスローブやタオル、ハンドタオルはありませんでした。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープは、備え付けでありました。使用するには抵抗ありました。自分で持参する方が良いです。水圧も微妙ですが、お湯はでました。湯船はないです。部屋は広く、プールが下の方にあり、眺めは良かったです。 部屋には、ミネラルウォーターがなく、エレベーター前に、ウォーターサーバーがあるので、空の容器を持ってそこで次に行くシステムでした。 部屋は清潔だったので、また利用させて頂きます。

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

モールや駅に近く、ロケーションは良好でした。 また、フロントにも24時間スタッフがおり安心できます。 しかし、室内に小さな虫、恐らくゴキブリの赤ちゃんが出たことと、シャワールームとシャワーから出るお湯が少しかび臭かったので若干の減点をさせてもらいました。 しかし、料金や場所を考えると、朝食も着いており、コスパは高いと思います。

今のところは大丈夫です。ただ、私はそこまで匂いに敏感ではないので、あまりお勧めできません。本当に我慢できない匂いがします。でも全体的には大丈夫です。寝具もあまり清潔ではありません。スタッフは親切で料金も安いので、まあまあです。短期滞在なら。Wi-Fiの電波が、ある日は強くても次の日は弱くなる、という日もありました。本当に弱かったです。

The hotel is cheap so don't expect that the service would be wow. Most importantly, it has hot water, flushing toilet bowl and bidet. There is no cabinet, no refrigerator. Most of the fixtures are Chinese, ldoor card and power card, tiles, doors etc. No tissue paper in the bathroom so bring your own or request to buy outside.

ロケーションは非常にアクセスしやすいですが、飲酒や喫煙は禁止など、多くの制限があります。バルコニーがありますが、鍵がかかっていてアクセスできません。カスタマーサービスは守られておらず、特にゲストを出迎えたり、ゲストが寝てしまった場合に備えて、可能であればチェックアウトの30分から1時間前にゲストに電話をかけたりするなど、多くの改善が必要です。部屋のテーブルにも小さな虫がたくさんいたので、消毒や清掃が適切に行われていないことを意味しますが、タオル、石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉が用意されていることはありがたいです。コーヒーショップ/ベーカリーショップは、コーヒーラテ☕️とウォールナッツパイ😋が大好きなので、私にとっては最高です。

The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!) Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
