「Dari shuttle bus stop nya dekat, ada 24 jam, tiap 2 menit ada bus gratis di situ. Wifi internet kencang, air lancar, kamar luas, ada kulkas besar, ketel air, microwave, AC dingin.lokasi jalan nya jg datar. Hotel murah dg fasilitas berlimpah」

「I really enjoy staying in this hotel starting from the receptionist which she do our check in process miss Lama, till we have our ckeck out The supervisor of the information disk was really outstanding All the staff dealing with the guests in very nice way I will not forget the security guards especially Mr. Al Ammary Also the house keeping staff in 19th floor Every think was perfect I have only one small note to the administration of the hotel which is the place of female prayer area is not suitable as it is in the parking & the place is empty & scary for females if they find better prayer place for them it will be better But even so the hotel is fantastic I will recommend this hotel for all my friends who plan to visit Makka city Thank you very much」

「特に時間厳守のシャトルバスのおかげで、ホテルは好立地にあります。静かな部屋は広く清潔で、アイロンとアイロン台、小型冷蔵庫、シャワーとトイレ付きのバスルーム、設備の整っていないキッチンエリアが備わっています。規模も大きく、レセプションのスタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。無制限のビュッフェが楽しめるレストランが 3 つあり、一番いいのは Khaliji です。ディナーは最高ではないので、朝食をお勧めします。ランチは試していないので評価させていただきます。レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、顧客に対して本当に親切です。 Cirage Moubarek、sied Karim、Ali el Harbi、Jalil Haussein、Mohamed Wassim、そして特に Majed Soultan に感謝します。一方、マネージャーやディレクターはフレンドリーではなく、5 つ星ホテルのおもてなしのルールを見直す必要があります。 1階には小さな市場があり、その価格は外の価格と同じです。 このホテルには良い思い出があり、今後の滞在の際には迷わずこのホテルを選ぶと思います。 5 番の建物 (タワー) で 6 泊しました。参考までに、タワーの番号が大きいほど、新しいものになります。」

「The hotel was clean and tidy, and the location is very close to the Haram. However, we were very disapointed by the mediocre breakfast (very few types of food to choose from and what's even worse, refilling food is very infeequent) and the very slow wifi (10 mbps at this day and age and in such a high end hotel!!). Overall, the hotel met our expectations in certainareas but was way bellow expectations for the price in others. We're definetly not coming back.」

「ホテルはハラムモスクから徒歩5分の場所にあり、環境も美しく、サービスも温かいです。特に部屋を整えてくれたSayed Hossainさんは、とても親切で礼儀正しく、私たちのリクエストしたものはすべてすぐに届けてくれました。スイートにアップグレードしてもらい、価格も手頃で、ハラムモスクの景色が見える部屋でした。C階には持ち運びできる飲料水やジュースが用意されており、とても配慮が行き届いています。ロビーのデザインも壮大で、たくさん写真を撮って記念にしました。朝食の種類も豊富で、子供用の食事スペースも配慮されており、次回もぜひ泊まりたいです。」

「Our stay at Conrad Hotel Makkah was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegance, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Masjidil Haram, with easy access for prayers and a peaceful atmosphere that adds to the spiritual experience. The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed with high-end amenities, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate every day. Service at Conrad Makkah is truly world class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The dining area was elegant, and the staff attentive to every detail. Overall, Conrad Makkah exceeded our expectations in every way. It perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and convenience with the spiritual tranquility that every visitor to Makkah seeks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj, you won’t be disappointed.」
