「It's amazing how affordable and complete facilities that offered by this residence. Their staffs are also helpful durung our stay there. They provide free shuttle bus to Masjidil Haram that departs every 30 minutes from hotel to Ghaza Street terminal. Their units are well maintained, clean, all appliances function well and realy useful for you who travel with family because you can save for laundry and meals bill.」

「The rooms and the dining are the best part of this hotel. The room was top notch 5/5 and the breakfast was amazing best I ever seen to be honest. I booked my room through trip.com while it was on promo, and the stuff sounded like their were not happy about the amount I paid. They told me it should have been double and they suggested if I like to pay more to get a better room but my rooms was already one of best including breakfast. The next day I asked them over three time if we can stay another night and they kept telling us no we are fully booked. I looked at all my travel apps and yes they took everything as sold out they i guess they really didn’t like how cheap it was. Few hours later they had rooms on all travel apps for double the price I paid. I end up leaving to another hotel. You will have to cross the road to get to Kabba it’s less convenient than Anjum hotel in my opinion」

「特に時間厳守のシャトルバスのおかげで、ホテルは好立地にあります。静かな部屋は広く清潔で、アイロンとアイロン台、小型冷蔵庫、シャワーとトイレ付きのバスルーム、設備の整っていないキッチンエリアが備わっています。規模も大きく、レセプションのスタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。無制限のビュッフェが楽しめるレストランが 3 つあり、一番いいのは Khaliji です。ディナーは最高ではないので、朝食をお勧めします。ランチは試していないので評価させていただきます。レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、顧客に対して本当に親切です。 Cirage Moubarek、sied Karim、Ali el Harbi、Jalil Haussein、Mohamed Wassim、そして特に Majed Soultan に感謝します。一方、マネージャーやディレクターはフレンドリーではなく、5 つ星ホテルのおもてなしのルールを見直す必要があります。 1階には小さな市場があり、その価格は外の価格と同じです。 このホテルには良い思い出があり、今後の滞在の際には迷わずこのホテルを選ぶと思います。 5 番の建物 (タワー) で 6 泊しました。参考までに、タワーの番号が大きいほど、新しいものになります。」

Thankfully, I got a spacious kitchen, a large refrigerator, a living room, a bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom. The location is also very strategic, connected to a mall, making it easy for us to shop. The view is beautiful. I hope we can stay here again.」
