Perfect location to get to our meetings and was a comfortable stay. The room had everything you needed for a good nights rest.

The stay was amezing. Hotel staff is very good. Location is as good as the hotel. And last but not least the cleanliness is as-lo very high standred. I enjoyed my stay i ll definetly visit again to this place.

初めてのプネー出張でしたが、宿泊体験は最高でした。 ホテルにチェックインした際、フロントデスクのスタッフが温かく迎えてくれました。部屋には必要なアメニティがすべて揃っており、快適なベッド、そして部屋からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。

很滿意的一次入住體驗。服務人員都很熱情，早餐種類多，還可以體驗到正宗的印度料理。知道我用水多，服務員每天給補充充足的瓶裝水，安全乾凈，推薦！

Amazing everything

ロナヴァラのメリタス アドレ リゾートに 3 泊しましたが、スタッフ全員に感謝するために少し時間を割いたいと思います。彼らは皆、非常に尊敬され、謙虚で、反応が良かった。 チェックイン時のシヴァム氏は歓迎してくれてとても親切でした。 レストランのBaba Raoは朝食の時間にいつも立ち上がっていて、私たちは一日中彼を見たとき。 ラフールとスリサムはとても親切で親切で、いつも私たちに最高の暖かさを与えてくれました。 ハウスキーピングの女の子はいつも笑顔で、すぐに出かけます。 プロパティは小さく(正直に私たちが愛していました)、とてもきしみがあり、清潔で手入れが行き届いています。 私たちの国の現在の状況を考えると、スタッフで見た最大のことは、彼らの文化、言語、ドレスにもかかわらず、すべてのゲストに平等な扱いと敬意を払った方法でした。この場所を数日間過ごすことを選んだことをとても嬉しく思います。彼らがこれらの良い基準を維持しているならば、私は間違いなく再び戻ってきます。

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.

場所は良いです、スタッフはとてもとても良いです、とても印象的です、プロパティは平均的です、部屋は小さく、ホテルと呼ばれるインフラストラクチャは限られています。小さなPGのようなものです。アクセスカードには毎日問題があります。
