"We had a good experience overall, but there are a few things about this hotel that would keep us from coming back. Our first room ( a "Junior Suite") was just a basic hotel room, with no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom. If one person is in the bathroom with the light on, the entire room is flooded with light, and there's also no privacy when in the bathroom. We were moved to a Premium room, which was a huge step up. The bathroom was private and it had a very nice outdoor patio. But the thing that really left us with a negative impression of this hotel was the cheap nickel-and-diming that they did at every turn. Our room had two bath towels in it and no robes. We wanted to go to the pool/sauna area, so we went to the front desk and asked for a couple of extra towels. They wanted to charge us €1.50 for a "towel rental" and €2 for a "robe rental". I would much prefer that they add a few euros on to the nightly rate and provide four towels and a couple of robes in each room. This is just one example of an overall feeling of scarcity and cheapness that we got from this hotel."

"私たちの一晩の滞在を楽しんだ。部屋は居心地が良く、この価格で私たちの期待に応えました。窓の外の景色も悪くありません。 また、1 時間のスパ施設を楽しむために 1 人あたり 25 ユーロを支払った。ハイキングの 1 日後にリラックスできるセッションを探している場合は、お金の価値があると感じます。スパは最大でも最も壮大ではありませんが、ハムマン、サウナ、ジャグジーなどを備えています。訪問中は誰もいないので静かで、基本的にプライベートな体験ができました。必須のフリップフロップと水泳帽を忘れずに持参してください。"

"On arrival we were greeted warmly by the reception staff and told our room had been upgraded... a lovely surprise, and a gorgeous room. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good.... but dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. The food was delicious. The waiting staff were excellent, even when they were busy with an event that was taking place at the same time. It was also good to be informed that there was an event taking place, and it could have been noisy. However we still chose to eat in the restaurant and it was no problem at all. Such a difference from a previous holiday where normal hotel guests weren't able to use the restaurant when events took place, and we were never nformed how noisy it would be in the area we were moved to. Thank you Hotel Villa Virginia for a lovely stay. We will definitely recommend your hotel."
