「I had a wonderful experience at Caribe Deluxe Princess. Traveling solo felt easy thanks to the warm and welcoming staff and animation team. A special thank you to Eunice for her kindness and positive energy and Xavier from the animation team for keeping things fun. Also Belkys, who cleaned my room and was incredibly sweet. The resort is beautiful and well maintained, with a great evening atmosphere in the lobby. The buffet was good, and while some items were repetitive, the options were plenty. I also tried the Dominican à la carte restaurant, which I really enjoyed. The beach and the sunrise were absolutely spectacular. Overall, a great stay from start to finish and I would definitely return. Thank you ❤️」

「ホテル自体はとても美しく居心地が良かったのですが、残念だったのはサービスでした。ほとんどのスタッフはせっかちで、役に立ちませんでした。スポーツバーの従業員の一人は、私たちが理解していないと思い込み、スペイン語で罵声を浴びせてきました。ただ、まだ軽食を選んでいなかったというだけのことでした。さらに驚き、腹立たしかったのは、レストランの空き状況です。ほぼすべてのレストランが閉まっていました。ホテルの説明には複数の選択肢が記載されていましたが、営業していたのはイタリア料理、ドミニカ料理、日本料理のレストランだけで、混雑していました。予約できたのはイタリアンレストランのディナーだけで、ビュッフェは広々としていましたが、選択肢も種類も少なかったです。料理の種類も肉の種類も違っていましたが、それは私たちの好みの問題でした。ハネムーン中だったので、事前にホテルに特別な対応をお願いしたのですが、全く対応してくれませんでした。到着後、ハネムーンルームを用意してくれるとのことでしたが、70ドルでした。とにかく、私たちは休息を台無しにしませんでした。しかし、これまで訪れたリゾートの中で、サービス、運営、エンターテイメント、食事の面でここは「最悪」だったと思います。本当に魅力的なのは景色とロケーションだけで、それ以外はまあまあ、もしくはイマイチです。あ、エンターテイメントをお探しなら、スポーツバーのゲームはすべて有料で、1台1ドルから3ドルかかるので、ご注意ください。」

「Es un hotel es casi 5 estrellas, Lo mas positivo el personal todos super amables, con esa sangre super alegre, el mantenimiento del hotel super bueno solo algunos pequen̈os detalles como en los ban̈os publicos de mantenimiento general mas no de limpieza, la gastronomia es lo que pienso que puede mejorar un poco mas fuera del restaurante toro que era de alta calidad, la comida es buena pero no alcanza la exelencia. Visitamos todos los restaurantes y fueron buenos. No me tengo nada negativo del hotel lo malo para nosotros fue la playa imposible de ban̈arse mucho oleaje, los nin̈os no pueden ni jugar en la orilla super peligro incluso logramos ver una persona ahogamdose y gracias al servicio de los salva vidas lograron revivir a la persona. Las habitaciones bastante comodas y grandes, y si no estan interesados en comprar propiedad no acepten ir a la charla por los puntos porque van a perder media man̈ana. Y con los vendedores en las playas encontraran mejores precios Pero si solo buscan piscina y entretenimiento noturno con discotecas, casinos y teatros este es el hotel perfecto, si buscan solo playa no es el hotel aunque caminando como 20 min por la orilla se encuentran playas tranquilas.」

「ポセトンレストランのウェイターの中には、日曜日にいつも笑顔で私たちに良くない人もいます。宮殿のプールバーの子供たちと秘密の男の子は100歳です。私たちの部屋には、部屋はしばしばきれいですが、実際には悪くはありません。」

「El hotel está muy bien, la comida es fresca y variada. Solo es importante reservar con tiempo en los dos hoteles que necesitan reserva porque se acaban las reservaciones desde muy temprano (9 am). No puedo generalizar pero la atención de algunos miembros del personal no es muy buena, algunos son un poco groseros y con una actitud como si te hicieran algún favor. Un miembro del equipo de animadores fue un poco hostil al tener una actividad de voleibol. En general los demás son muy amables y si recomendaría la visita a este hotel. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y cómodas, tiene muy buena ubicación para hacer otros tours.」
