"We came into the hotel at 8pm on the 12th of June after a long days drive (mumbai - jodhpur flight and jodhpur - Mount abu drive). On reaching the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Mr Ajay and his team of Naeem and colleagues. We were escorted to our room and even helped with keeping our baggage at spots We wanted to have them kept at. I must also mention that there was a table and a chair in the room and we asked them to remove the same and without a word and with a smile on their face they did this. We went down to their outdoor garden where they have live music singing as well as a magic show for dinner. I would like to point out here (without any disrespect to anyone) that we didn't know till the time that we got to the hotel, that this is a pure vegetarian hotel. We being non vegetarians were a bit disappointed but...their vegetarian food is outstanding and can be eaten again and again. The next morning I met Mr khanna (GM of the hotel) and Mr John (head of F&B). Both men are men of few words and give you 110% action in their services. They say that a hotel is only as good as it's manager and his team and here...this hotel goes out of their way to make the customer feel at home and well looked after. I must also make special mention of the dining staff at this hotel who would assist you with all the food that was out at breakfast and they would tell me how to go about eating a certain dish (Rajasthani or gujrati breakfast) that i had not eaten before and their warmth again was fantastic. All in all, team Hotel Hillock, thanks a ton for the super hospitality and stay at your hotel and hopefully will be back soon to stay again at your beautiful premise. Thank you. "Stayed at Cama Rajputana Club Resort, Mount Abu with my family and our overall experience was truly satisfying. The biggest advantage of this property, in our view, is its location. It is comfortably away from the crowded market area, allowing a peaceful and relaxing stay, yet close enough to major attractions like Nakki Lake, Arbuda Devi Temple and Dilwara Jain Temple, making local travel convenient. We booked a Suite for us and found it spacious, comfortable and well suited for a family of three or four. The room offered a cozy atmosphere and all essential facilities for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of this resort is the large open campus. Ample parking space made the self-drive experience completely hassle-free, and the vast walking areas added to the charm of the stay. Special appreciation to the staff for their hospitality and enthusiasm. Their attentive service and warm behaviour made us feel welcomed throughout. The food quality was excellent and every meal was served with care. Overall, our stay felt worth the choice and expense. Cama Rajputana Club Resort offers a good balance of heritage ambience, comfort, peaceful surroundings and family-friendly hospitality. We returned with pleasant memories and would happily consider staying here again during a future visit to Mount Abu."
