"We were 4 families with 12 member that too booked through corporate booking. Paid almost 10000/- per night per family. stayed there on 20 Mar 2026 when temperature had fall down to 12 degrees. No hot water available. Worst nightmare experience. Extravagantly charged buffet and offered limited fixed food option by stating gas challenge. Allotted the Vila’s which were under maintenance to make money. Manager to GM runaway from facing the Guest. During Breakfast the hotel was unable to manage 50 Guest at a time. F&B Service was worst taking a time of approx 35 to 40 mins to fill one item. It’s a property where more than 2500/- paid would be foolishness."

The Jaipur House

"This property could be far better than it is now. Basically it’s living off its past glory, so the staff is bureaucratic, we came after a long drive from Ahmedabad and the staff almost felt like it was interrogating us at reception. The basic rooms are bad, no views and feel like dorm rooms with their prosaic architecture, the more expensive rooms are better but then you have to shell out a lot more which in my opinion is not worth it. Food is alright, the hospitality seems a little tired and longs for fresh energy and warmth. Wouldn’t recommend the place, neighboring Bikaner House is far better value for money. The only advantage here is the location right next to the lake."
