"One couple of our party needed assistance on one of the evenings after we returned to the hotel. No contact number available anywhere in the main area of the hotel & no staff on duty. When summoned by the private number outside. The manager was rude on arrival to all the people in this area. The following evening he was again rude & aggressive to the same group of people. Not allowing us to talk to him & became threatening to many of us. One of our members questioned his aggressiveness & asked for an apology resulting in the manager becoming more agitated & demanding that he leave the hotel. This manager would benefit from an anger management course. The hotel was closed from midday on this occasion with no staff available. Main front door locked from the inside & outside. So all guests had to use the back entrance. It was a concern that there wasn’t a fire exit assembly point plan in our room as well. Needless to say we will not be returning."
