Second time staying in this wonderful hotel! The views are breathtaking and it is an easy stroll to the old town. Breakfast is delicious, a lot of variety and access to the beach is via a lift. There is sun loungers and towels, it is a lovely area to relax!

Hotel Sumratin is brand new, with a very modern and impressive design hotel. I was really pleased with the size, comfort, and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. From the reception team to housekeeping and all the staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and the bus stop for bus #6 to the Old Town is also very close, which makes getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and this is definitely a hotel I would love to stay at again. Highly recommended!

ロイヤル・プリンセス・リゾートでの滞在は最高でした。ホテルはすべて同じグループなので、各施設を利用できます。遊歩道からラパドへ続く歩道は本当に美しかったです。ビーチは素晴らしく清潔で、スタッフの皆さんは最高に親切でした。私たちの滞在を本当に思い出深いものにしてくれたスタッフ全員に感謝します。ドゥブロヴニク市街地まではUberですぐです。

皇家公主酒店是這次歐洲旅遊行程中最好的酒店，沒有之一！ 設施：這次選擇的豪華海景套房，中古風格裝修，豪華大氣，很有宮廷風格，兩個房間超級大，有兩個衞生間，一個衞生間竟然是雙洗漱池。所有床品，床墊，衞浴都是超高配置，豪華落地玻璃窗外，就是一望無際的亞得里亞海，坐在房間裏看日出日落，簡直了！酒店健身房器械齊全，有室內泳池，桑拿房，晚餐後體驗一下，真的是度假的感覺！ 衞生：不愧是五星級酒店，乾淨整潔，細節處處透露出星級酒店的品質！ 環境：酒店面朝大海，整體環境佈局非常好，酒店酒店有多個泳池，有海水泳池，有屋頂無邊泳池！第二天遊玩回來，享受一下無邊泳池的浪漫，伴着亞得里亞海的落日，不要太美啦！酒店的早餐，也是臨海的餐位，一邊享用美味，一邊觀看海景。酒店有幾家晚餐飯店，也多是臨海餐廳，景觀特別好，我們兩晚都在這裏點餐，菜品也很有風味！ 服務：大堂人員服務熱情，耐心介紹周邊景點，酒店每個區域的位置功能佈局，用筆逐一畫出來，使我們在這裡能愉快的體驗！ 如果評分100標準，我願意給皇家公主酒店120分！太超值，滿足我海景房的所有願望！

初日は少し早めに到着し、ロビーで2時間ほど待機しました。 3時過ぎ、フロントの白人男性が別館の最後の番号の部屋を案内し、他に部屋はないと言った。 3:00 は最も空室がある時間であるはずですが、空き部屋はないと言われました。彼がそんなことをしたのは、私が女の子だったからなのか、それともアジア人だからいじめられやすいと思ったからなのかはわかりません。 私が割り当てられた部屋は長い間空いていたに違いありません。ドアを開けると、強いカビ臭がした。換気のために窓を長時間開けていたにもかかわらず、臭いが残っていました。しかし、飛行機に乗るには疲れすぎていたため、部屋を変更しませんでした。夜中に部屋の天井から奇妙な音が鳴り始め、それが 2 時間続きました。誰かに来てもらって修理してもらったら止みましたが、夜中の 12 時にまた鳴り始め、一晩中よく眠れませんでした。防音性も非常に悪いです。向かいの部屋で人々が話しているのが聞こえます。 翌日、私は部屋の変更をお願いしました。私が移動した本館の部屋にはバルコニーが丸ごと付いていたのですが、バルコニーのドアの鍵が壊れていました。誰でもこの階の他の部屋、あるいは清掃室のバルコニーから私の部屋に入り、外からバルコニーのドアを開けることができたのです。また、滞在中に誰かが突然バルコニーに現れたのですが、それがスタッフだったのか、他の宿泊客だったのかはわかりません。 ビーチフロントのプールからの異臭や、プールの隣のエリアがまだ改装中であるという事実は言うまでもなく、1泊2,000元近くもする部屋で基本的な安全性すら保証できないとは、何と言えばいいのかわかりません。そして、これは部屋を変えることで解決できる問題ではありません。ホテル本館全体のバルコニーのデザインがこのような感じで、ドアの鍵もすべて壊れています。 絶対にここに居ないでください。同じ料金で、少なくとも安全で安心な部屋を確実に手に入れることができます。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, featuring a bathtub, a rain shower, heated floors, and eco-friendly toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, stopping by our room each evening to say hello and surprise us with chocolates—a charming touch! The mini bar offered good quality tea and coffee, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The overall atmosphere was classy, particularly in the bars and restaurants. I also appreciated the spa and swimming pool facilities for relaxation. Taking a walk along the coast next to the hotel was delightful, especially with the friendly cats wandering about. We discovered a fantastic Asian restaurant nearby that added to our enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Hôtel en fin de baie, le long de la promenade. Magnifique plage privée de l'hôtel. Chambre très spacieuse et aménagée de façon épurée avec beaucoup de goût.Personnel de chambre très efficace et professionnel. Petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié.Belle présentation.Mais où il manquait juste des jus de fruits frais. Le personnel au petit-déjeuner manquait d'attention et de vigilance envers la clientèle( assiette pas débarrassée, manque de réactivité pour la mise en place de nouvelle table,...) L'accueil à la réception manquait de professionnalisme pour un établissement 5 étoiles. Très bel espace bien-être (malheureusement sur tout au long du séjour de 7 nuits ni le bio sauna, ni le bain vapeur étaient en état de marche). Les espaces communs étaient majestueux et très propres.

ホテルの部屋はとても広く、基本的にヨーロッパで泊まった中で一番大きな部屋です。ホテルの集合体で、ロイヤルシリーズのホテルがいくつかつながっているので、部屋を見つけるのは大変です。上り下りに時間がかかります。近くにコンビニエンスストアはほとんどありません。水を買うには山を下りなければなりません。ホテル内で食事やその他の活動をする必要があります。タクシーで古城までは約15ユーロです。Uberはとても便利です。近くには徒歩10分圏内に中華料理店があり、味は普通ですが、中国人の胃袋には心地よいと言えるでしょう。ホテルのサービスは普通です。翌日、ウェイターが私たちの歯ブラシをシンクに直接投げつけました。どういう意味か分かりません。

このホテルは旧市街からかなり離れていますが、それは決して悪いことではありません。人混みや喧騒から離れられたことは大変ありがたく、この素晴らしいリゾートからの静寂と静けさ、そして壮大な海の景色を満喫しました。息を呑むようなパノラマを昼夜問わず楽しめるので、追加料金を払って南向きの部屋に泊まる価値は間違いなくあります。 私の部屋はエレガントな内装でとても快適で、あらゆるものを置くのに十分なスペースがありましたが、荷物置き場や専用の荷物置き場があれば、さらに快適性が向上するでしょう。 スタッフは総じて親切で丁寧でしたが、特にレストランマネージャーのマティヤさんは、大勢のお客様を対応していたにもかかわらず、常に明るくエネルギッシュな対応をされていました。 朝食ビュッフェはヨーロッパの基準から見て非常にボリュームがあり、夕食ビュッフェも十分以上の品揃えで、1人35ユーロと非常にお得でした。 以前のレビューでも触れましたが、バビン・クック地区（ロイヤル・アリストンと隣接する姉妹ホテル、ロイヤル・プリンセス、ロイヤル・ブルー、ロイヤル・パーム、ネプチューンが位置するエリア）と旧市街を結ぶバスが運行しています。40ユーロのドゥブロヴニク・シティ・パスを購入すると、このバスの1日乗車券に加え、城壁と博物館への入場券も付いてきます。 このリゾートは本当におすすめです。また訪れるのを楽しみにしています。

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
