絶好のロケーションと清潔なホテル、サービスは良かったし、素敵なバーがありました

ホテルのロケーションは非常に良く、環境設備も非常に優れています。スタッフはとても親切で、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりや旅程情報の印刷を無料で手伝ってくれます。ホテル近くの景色も良く、買い物にも行きやすいです。

本当に素敵なホテルのようです。チェックインは部屋の変更を除けば大丈夫でした。スタッフは丁寧で、素晴らしいカスタマーサービスでした。部屋は素敵でした。唯一私が言いたいのは、受付とチェックインを別々にして、もう少し目立つようにすることです。なぜなら、中に入ると、受付とチェックインがどこにあるか最初はわかりません。特に付け加える点や悪い点はありません。間違いなくまた泊まりたいです。

Genting Hotel is a highly rated hotel known for its excellent location, modern rooms, and direct access to Resorts World, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel room was not. There was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, especially during the summer. The front desk explained that the hotel uses a natural air-cooling system, but unfortunately, it did not help much. The toilet was also separated from the actual shower room by a different door, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, one of the staff members in charge of the breakfast area (Male wearing a suit that checks the breakfast list) was rude and very unwelcoming to guests. This experience made us think twice about whether we would want to come back again. Overall, while the location was great, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the room temperature and the customer service.

Generally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

スタッフは親切で部屋も清潔。簡易キッチンは冷蔵庫と洗濯機があり、良かったです。 バーミンガム ニュー ストリート駅までは、道路沿いに起伏があり、徒歩 15 分かかりました。しかし、ホテルは運河と中央図書館の近くにありました。レストランやバーはホテルの近くに簡単に見つかりました。 予算が気になる方におすすめです。

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

After unable to leave Birmingham, We decided to stop at the Clayton again and give it another night from the bad system issues they were having. This was a lot better granted and the floors are very secure having floor locked to your key cards to get access. Breakfast we were earlier down and it paid off. Breakfast was better this time. Only little issue was the bathroom could do with a bit more attention to detail with little bits of little black mold in the more harder to reach areas and red residue in the grouting in the tiles. Apart from that sure I’d sure recommend it for the pricing

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
