チェックイン時間より数時間早くチェスターに到着したので、荷物を預けられるか尋ねようとしたのですが、部屋の準備ができていたのですぐにチェックインできると言われました！（最高のスタート！）しかも割引価格でアップグレードしてもらえました（ちょっとした心遣いが嬉しいですね）。 外観は素晴らしく、回転ドア（おそらくホテルで一番気に入った部分です！笑）と壮大な階段はまさに圧巻でした！スタッフの方々もとても親切で親身になって対応してくれました。 その日の午前中に指を切ってしまい、傷口が何度も開いてしまうのですが、スタッフの方がウェットティッシュと絆創膏を持ってきてくれて、とても助かりました。絆創膏が切れてしまっていたからです。 部屋自体もゴージャスでした！裏庭の景色が見え、秋の紅葉がとても美しかったです！ベッドは大きくて快適でした！ あの枕はどこで買えるのか知りたいです！ 階段を上るのは大嫌いなのですが、あまりにも壮大だったので思わず登ってしまいました。 ホテルでは食事はしませんでしたが、友人を待っている間にバーで飲み物をいただきました。とても素敵な時間でした。料理も美味しそうでした。 唯一の難点は、夜中に聞こえる奇妙なブーンという音でなかなか寝付けなかったことです。でも、耳栓を持参していたのに使わなかったのは私のミスですね（笑）。 チェスターを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひまたここに泊まりたいです！

ホテルはかなりいいですが、しばらくの間壊れていると理解しているエアコンの欠如に失望しています。 私は明らかにパーティーをしていた2つの部屋に挟まれて、蒸し暑い部屋から別の部屋に部屋を移動するように提案されました。私はついに眠りについた元の部屋に戻るように提案されました。 エアコンの欠如に失望した素敵なホテル。

Stayed in a king-size double room. Very clean and modern with luxurious bathroom. Food was very good with reasonable choice. Arranged for breakfast in bed on final morning and it arrived on time and very well presented. Pool and spa was excellent and the evening entertainment (singer) was very good on both evenings we stayed. Perfect location and facilities.

Don't put your room keycard near your phone as it deactivated the access to my room almost every nt. Other guests had the same issue and it's a long walk back to reception especially with disabilities and tired from sightseeing and you get to your room and you can't get in Restaurant good Staff helpful It's got a pool and gym which I didn't get to use

Here’s my experience: **Location:** The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. Nestled in beautiful grounds, it provides a serene backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience. **Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

Good staying for a night, wouldn't recommend for more than that or if you are planning to stay in the room longer than just sleeping

Excellent location, very close to railway station which was key for us. Great price and trip was refundable until 13.00 on the day which was very useful as Storm Goretti was due to hit. Good restaurant attached to hotel which is only available to hotel guests, great meal for reasonable price. Comfy beds (twin) so everything you need for a practical one night stay.
