イギリスウェスト･ミッドランズで、プールのあるホテル

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Good location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm. self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

メルキュール バーミンガム ウエスト ホテルは場所もチェックインも簡単でした。私と夫は設備、プール、ジム、スチームルーム、サウナが気に入りました。スチームルームは初めての体験でしたが、ジャグジー スパは最高でした。ホテルはきれいで、部屋を変更しようとしましたが、宿泊客がたくさんいましたが、その旨を伝えて明確に説明してもらいました。素晴らしい朝食ビュッフェなどのサービスも気に入りました🥰🥰

ホテルは便利な場所にあり（ロンドンからバーミンガムへの途中）、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は清潔で、ベッドは快適でした。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。唯一の不満は、到着時にダブルツリーの温かいクッキーがなかったことですが、チェックインは真夜中過ぎでした！また必ず泊まりたいです。

ハイアットリージェンシーバーミンガムでの素晴らしい滞在。スタッフは暖かく、プロフェッショナルで、気配りがあり、部屋は広としていて、きれいで、とても快適で、場所は街を探索するのに最適でした。朝食は素晴らしい選択で素晴らしく、設備は手入れが行き届いていました。優れたサービスとおもてなし全体私たちは喜んでここに再び滞在し、それを強くお勧めします。

We had a fantastic relaxing one night stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The food in the Scotts bar was amazing. And the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back again. The use of the spa facilities and towels was an added bonus.

Where do I begin. The hotel itself is in a nice part of town surrounded by the Aston Uni. Hotel/Conference center shares its space with the Uni Law building, but in itself it’s actually quiet. The issues begin with the room itself. It’s a spacious, but there is no air conditioning… which is not great if you’re baking in this freak heatwave. The windows don’t open too far, and can’t be opened more than 2 inches “due to health and safety”. The cleanliness of the room was practically nonexistent, down to housekeeping flipping the sheets to hide a stain, shower gel marks on the shower from the previous guest wasn’t cleaned, a chocolate stain on a towel in the bathroom and lastly a crusty tissue covered with something I’d rather not touch, that was next to the spare pillows on the storage unit and the fact that our used spoons/cups in the room weren’t replaced with clean ones when housekeeping reset our room while we were out for the day. Dust in the room was also a serious problem, but again this could be due to the lack of good ventilation. These are a few issues which I wouldn’t consider to be common practice, since this is usually taken care of during daily housekeeping when staying more than one night, so I was disappointed with the lack of care taken. The front desk staff were friendly enough though.

素晴らしいホテル。最初から最後まで。ポッドポイント経由の電気自動車充電を含む私の部屋料金に地下駐車場が含まれていました。チェックはまっすぐでした。私たちはツインルームをリクエストしたダブルベッドが2つあるレベル4の部屋パトロナスに割り当てられたので、これは完璧でした。レインシャワー付きのバスタブ。素敵なスパ製品。独立したソファ付きのラウンジエリアにある60インチテレビ。 5階のスカイラウンジでの朝食は素晴らしかった。 Al a carteの追加ボーナス付きのフル伝統的なビュッフェ。ホテルには素晴らしいライブ歌手がいた土曜日の夜に素晴らしいカジノがあります。カジノの食べ物は一流で、バッドマンは責任を持って価格を設定しました。スパエリアには屋外のホットタブがありました。プールサイナスチームルーム。すべてとても清潔で美しい。これに加えて、ヒテルはリゾートの世界に位置しているので、アウトレットでのショッピングからやるべきことがたくさんあります。若い家族のためのペッパピッグの世界。トゥタンカメンとタイタニック体験。国立展示センター。 BPパルス。音楽会場。優れたサービス、場所、サービス。私は戻ってきます。

Breakfast was fantastic. Room was lovely but I struggled with the stairs. I didn’t realise that there was no lift. They were able to change our room to the first floor but still to many stairs , the only let down were the bar prices. I requested a large whisky. Was offered JD. I advised not a true whisky, then offered an Irish whiskey, advised no but then offered black label not advised £8.25 per measure with the smallest bottle of coke £4.00 and 1 pint. And was over £28.00 I was mortified. Obviously, I didn’t have anything else from the bar. But was a lovely stay.
