イギリスウェスト･ミッドランズで、プールのあるホテル

All staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small. Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full. Breakfast basic to say the least. It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

Decent sized room. Reasonably clean. Has an indoor swimming pool, which is really nice. Location is not near the city center. Overall, a good stay.

メルキュール バーミンガム ウエスト ホテルは場所もチェックインも簡単でした。私と夫は設備、プール、ジム、スチームルーム、サウナが気に入りました。スチームルームは初めての体験でしたが、ジャグジー スパは最高でした。ホテルはきれいで、部屋を変更しようとしましたが、宿泊客がたくさんいましたが、その旨を伝えて明確に説明してもらいました。素晴らしい朝食ビュッフェなどのサービスも気に入りました🥰🥰

このホテルはカップルの週末旅行に最適です。受付係は彼女の名前を思い出せませんでしたが、素晴らしかったし、私たちの部屋も無料でアップグレードしてくれました

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.

Hotel was in great location for conference at millennium point. Easy access to city but nicely located in slightly quieter spot in Aston university campus. Room was nice and even could have a range of pillows . Bathroom nice , with good fluffy towels . I did think the products were likely watered down and the loo roll was the brown scratchy sort . I was on the second floor and only real complaint was that from 7am the main door slams, it’s like one of those sound cannons waking you up. Maybe a quiet shut be an easy fix. Otherwise the staff are all really polite and helpful. Free swim/ gym pass for the university pool is a real nice touch. All in all excellent . But a soft close on that door would be amazing .

Everything is good , but the shame is the hotel not providing any slippers for the customers. Other than that everything is perfect location, entertainment. Cinema and bowling within walking distance.

美しい敷地。ありがたいことに、部屋の暖房は機能します。ただし、エレベーターはなく、レセプションから部屋への道は混乱しています。しかし、素敵なスタッフ、そして私たちのウェイトレスだったレストランのシェレルは素晴らしく思慮深く、私のチームと私がよく世話をされたことを確認しました。

Myself and sis visited our absolute favourite place for a little one night catch up ( we always come here whenever I’m home to visit) Lovely lovely staff ( Hi to Josh, Charlotte, Rachel and the fab teamx) They always warmly welcome us, and we enjoy smashing facilities, great food and drinks and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The hotel was fine - Staff at breakfast and in the bar were really lovely. However we were charged twice for this booking. I prepaid through the trip app but my brother arrived first at the hotel and he was charged again. Only by accident did we realise this and said it at the reservations desk. They could not help saying that I would probably get a refund for one of the payments but this has not happened. Have now sent an email to the oops manager so hopefully it won’t be long before we get one of the payments back.
