Hotel is situated within the university grounds complex - unbeknown to us it was graduation week so they were hundreds of students and their parents celebrating their achievements it was a wonderful site to see. The hotel was a stone throw away from the city centre so there were lots of things to see do and eat. A fantastic choice

Overall experience was good, I have been a few times but the room we was in wasn’t the best the WiFi was weak so we had to connect to our phone data and the shower curtains were dirty definitely needed replacing.

My room was clean; the bed firm and the shower hot/powerful. The breakfast was nice, but my experience was elevated by the hardworking and perpetually smiling female staff member who dealt professionally with demanding patrons.

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

The hotel was quite tatty . The room had mold and a broken window . The bathroom had hairs . Otherwise it was clean and fine . Use the main car park as my car plus others who parks in the side car park was broken in to . My back windscreen was smashed in to and shattered . The manager at the time dealt with my car every well though .

I’ve been in this hotel for like 4-5 times, i would recommend, It’s quiet, comfy, the rooms are clean…however there’s been times where i asked to change rooms since the heating wasn’t working and cause one room had a slight broken window and this was during January…would’ve froze to death. There’s rooms with a large bed.. and other rooms have like the standard double size bed. I give this like 4/5.

Excellent hotel facilities and friendly staff. Downside was uncomfortable bed settee for our 12 year old son, hard pillows, windows you couldn’t open fully and automated check in system.

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.
