Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Overall experience was good, I have been a few times but the room we was in wasn’t the best the WiFi was weak so we had to connect to our phone data and the shower curtains were dirty definitely needed replacing.

I’ve been in this hotel for like 4-5 times, i would recommend, It’s quiet, comfy, the rooms are clean…however there’s been times where i asked to change rooms since the heating wasn’t working and cause one room had a slight broken window and this was during January…would’ve froze to death. There’s rooms with a large bed.. and other rooms have like the standard double size bed. I give this like 4/5.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Booked as had a concert in Wolverhampton and this is a little gem of a place. Booked a family room which was a really good size and had outside space which was a surprise.

Excellent hotel facilities and friendly staff. Downside was uncomfortable bed settee for our 12 year old son, hard pillows, windows you couldn’t open fully and automated check in system.

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

I stayed at the Arden for the UK Games Expo. Despite being rather pricey, it's very convenient to get to the NEC and Resorts World (10-15 minute walk). The leisure centre staff seemed unprofessional, but the receptionist and restaurant/bar staff seemed nice and friendly enough. Room was nearly spotless, aside from behind the TV that were slightly dusty. Our room didn't have a TV remote but a quick call to reception fixed that, they were very responsive. It was a nice comfortable room. I will say the food for dinner is exceptional and highly recommend it!

ホテルは旅行に悪い場所ではありません... しかし、ホテルは多くの改善が必要です!朝食ビュッフェは、食べ物を補充するのを待っています。トースターの場所のためにキューが並んでいなかったので、お茶のカップはどこにあるかスタッフに尋ね続けなければなりません。私が請求されたので、部屋で水を交換するように頼んだ場合に注意してください。しかし、文句を言った後、払い戻しを受けました..エグゼクティブルームは良かったが、スタンダードルームは素晴らしいものではないことは知っている。スタッフは良かったが、より良い組織が必要だった。プールエリアは古く、開閉時間を選んで選択するような設定時間がありません。ここでは、すべて言及されていないかなりの数の問題があり、レセプションに満足しておらず、他の顧客が不平を言っていることに気づきました..私たちは再び滞在することはありませんし、確かにせいぜい4つ星3ではありません..使用しなかったので、スパトリートメントについてコメントすることはできませんが、スパを見ると、周りにより良いものがあると確信しています。ゴルフコース 9 ホールは良好な状態ですが、ホテルの外のエリアは少し汚れているように片付ける必要があります。

イベントでホテルの駐車場は混雑しすぎました。つまり、空港の駐車場に駐車して歩いて戻らなければなりませんでした。 残念ながら、ホテルの場所は、私たちが離陸滑走路に非常に近く、飛行機が常に聞こえ、窓と壁は十分に防音されていなかったことを意味します。 最後に、枕はあまりにも空っぽで、実際の枕ではなく風船のように感じます。 そうでなければ、部屋とホテルはきれいで、ルームサービスは実際には驚くほど快適でした。私たちが出会ったスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。 彼らが提供する食べ物も本当においしいです。
