At arrival we were welcomed by Anthony who helped us entering the street of the pedestrian zone and the parking lot. Fortunately there were still parking spaces , there are 10 in total, if available it is free. That’s a plus! What a service. He helped us check in show us around. When our safe has a technical failure he sorted a solution providing a new one. The hotel is in the middle of the centre 2 minutes from La Cigale. Good breakfast with self service nespresso coffee and the best madeleine. What disappointed me was the inappropriate frugality of the amenities. Why one bottle of 500 ml mineral water while we are with 2 persons? How much does this cost? And used Rituals toiletries from previous guests? Seriously in a 4 star hotel. When questioning they came with 2 new mini bottles but in the end give me one new bottle to replace the half used one. Why so stingy? When informing it was because of sustainability and to prevent waste. A good cause but why bothering using mini toiletries at all and not change to use only large bottles of refillables? It feels a bit half-hearted and unable to choose between customer service and thriftiness.

房間不大，但是很舒適、乾淨。緊鄰南特火車站，交通方便。出門不遠就是布列塔尼大公城堡遺址，值得一看。周邊吃飯、洗衣、運動都很方便。

出張の一環として3泊しましたが、滞在はとても快適でした！ フロントの対応も素晴らしく、朝食も美味しくいただきました。ナントでの滞在はとても良い経験になりました。駅のすぐ向かいという最高のロケーションです。 また、リビングルームにはコワーキングスペースとして使える共有スペースがたくさんあり、とても便利でした！

Personnel agréable et sympathique, appartement propre et lit confortable. Pas de savon pour la douche et porte savon lavabo vide. Radiateur salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Fond de casserole et poêle sale, du coup j'ai utilisé le micro ondes. Il faudrait laisser plus de temps au personnel de ménage pour qu'il puisse faire le travail. Il y a une cafetière et une bouilloire, un sachet de thé, une dose de café... aurait été le bien venu. L'installation de distributeurs automatiques de boisson et nourriture dans le couloir est une super idée. Nuit au calme j'ai bien dormi.

スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。窓からの眺めと同様に、Apar ***entは素晴らしかった。リラックスできるスペースがたくさんあり、料理や夕食を提供するための十分な表面積(素敵な大きな木製のテーブル)。 調理器具の操作が困難だったことを除いて、アメニティには5つ星(4つではなく)を与えたでしょう(以前は誘導ホブを使用したことがなく、鍋のサイズとリング/ホブのサイズを一致させる必要があることを知りませんでした)だからオフにし続けました私たちを混乱させます)。 それは私の誕生日のためであり、スタッフはベッドにハッピーバースデーバルーンを置きました、そしてそれは素敵なタッチでした。それは良い誕生日で、私たちが調理したスペース、ワイン、食べ物を楽しんだ。シャワーも明らかによかったです。

What a gem of a hotel. Came here during winter, so the room is not too hot with the window open even though the room comes with a radiator. Checking in is further up ahead at the main hotel, no wait as the room I book was unoccupied so I caliuld go in earlier. The room is very clean, especially the private bathroom that is attached to the room. Towels are provided as well. It's right off the main avenue, with tram station and even a Monoprix right opposite the hotel.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.
