"Unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to expectations. In reality, everything looks much worse than in the photos. There's an unpleasant odor in the rooms and hallways. The rooms themselves are old, and cleaning was poor—various toiletries were scattered on the floor. The cleanliness and overall condition left a very unpleasant impression. I hope the management will address these issues."

"Located in Philadelphia, a little far from the city. The room was cleaned every two days. I booked a twin bed, but when I checked in, I felt that the bedding on one bed was not changed. I contacted the front desk, and they quickly came to change it. The breakfast was OK. Breakfasts in American hotels are similar anyway. It's not very rich but it's enough."

"What an AWESOME PLACE!! My partner and I spent our 22nd anniversary there in suite 13. This is their bi-level suite and I must say the pictures were spot on. The kitchen was state of the are and the 2 balconies overlooking the waterfall and river were just beautiful. From the wolf stove to the gas fireplace and the amazingly comfortable bed everything was perfect. We did however have a fire scare while spraying Lysol in the kitchen. Do Not Spray any aerosol anywhere in the kitchen. On a good note the manger, front desk staff and Fire Dept we very quick to respond which was comforting. My only criticism in the unit would be the area rugs in the living room and bedroom are noticeable stained and could use a thorough cleaning or be replaced. Overall fantastic weekend already recommended to several friends and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a memorable anniversary.🥰🙏🏽"
