"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during a professional course near Bogotá. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping guests. What impressed me the most was their honesty and customer-oriented approach. I accidentally made a duplicate reservation through a booking platform after previously reserving directly with the hotel. Even though they were under no obligation to do so, the team kindly helped resolve the issue and refunded the duplicate reservation in full. That level of integrity and customer service is rare and deserves recognition. The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent, and everything feels fresh and well cared for. Another major advantage is the location.
