"2024年1月末に娘と2泊しました。私たちは野鳥観察者で、キバタンと光り輝くケツァールを見たいと思って来ました。景色も庭園も本当に素晴らしいです！私たちはスーペリア カバナ #15 に泊まりましたが、とても気に入りました。夜はベッドサイド テーブルにヒーターがあり、暖かい毛布もたくさんありました。私たちはシカゴから来たので、寒すぎるとは感じませんでした。食事はおいしく、スタッフは丁寧でフレンドリー、敷地もとても手入れが行き届いていました。カバナの間の小道だけでたくさんの鳥が見られて、ワクワクしました。私たちは多くのトレイルをハイキングし、毎分楽しみました。幸運にも、受付エリアのすぐ外とキャビンの外でケツァールのつがいを見ることができました！ほとんどの人はケツァール ツアーを予約しますが、ガイドと一緒に15分ほど道を下ったところにある農場/保護区に行く必要があります。私は涼しい山の空気とたっぷりの日差しが大好きです。喧騒から離れたい人には、間違いなくこの場所をお勧めします。またすぐにでもここに泊まりに来たいと思います!"

"It is not worth traveling from San José to visit Copey to stay at Cedrela, the restaurant I think there are better in San José. The service actually leaves a lot to be desired. We do not recommend it. There are better places in Copey, the area if too beautiful."

"I came to this region along with my husband, brother and sister-in-law primarily to go birding. El Toucanet Lodge was the perfect base for our activities. It is located in the Copey de Dota region surrounded by the mountains of the Los Santos Forest Reserve region of Costa Rica. The scenery is spectacular. It is not a very touristy area. The lodge is in a beautiful location with separate guest rooms tucked into the landscape, providing lots of privacy for each guest. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the spectacular landscape was my favorite thing. The restaurant on the grounds provides a delicious breakfast while you look at hummingbirds and other wildlife. We had dinner most nights there as well. The food was terrific, and portions were generous. Be sure to try the avocado ice cream! It was so good. A short walk up the hill from the lodge, and you can see the majestic and colorful Quetzal and other amazing birds. Our room was very comfortable with a king-sized bed, small kitchen area and great views. Miguel greeted us, arranged anything we needed. He is a terrific host and person."

"Bungalows with an incredible location in the cloud forest. Floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire width with an amazing view. Hummingbirds fly to the balcony, a cozy carpenter in the evening - what more could you want? Great atmosphere in the adjoining restaurant with piano music at breakfast, a delight. A wonderful experience all around!"

"期待外れでプロ意識に欠ける体験でした。ホテル・デ・モンターニャ・スリアに宿泊予約をした際、高い期待を抱いていましたが、残念ながら、悪夢のような体験となりました。特定の部屋を予約し、料金も支払ったにもかかわらず、到着すると、予約した部屋とは全く異なる、狭くて不快で全く不十分なCPL（簡易宿泊施設）に案内されました。これはプロ意識に欠け、誤解を招くもので、悪質とさえ言えるでしょう。部屋は狭く、不快で、支払った料金に見合う水準をはるかに下回っていました。安らかな滞在を期待していたのに、不快な思いと騙されたことへの苛立ちから、まともに休むこともできず、ひどい夜を過ごしました。ホテル側は、このような客寄せのための偽装行為について一切責任を取ろうとせず、ホスピタリティ業界では到底許容できない行為です。誠実さ、質の高いサービス、そして支払った料金に見合うサービスを求めるなら、このホテルには絶対に近づかないでください。私はこのホテルをお勧めしませんし、他の方にも絶対に利用しないよう強くお勧めします。欺瞞行為や劣悪なサービスは決して許されるべきではない。特に、お客様が特定の体験に対して料金を支払っている場合はなおさらだ。全くもって恥ずべき行為だ。"
