"This place hasn't had maintenance at all. The bathroom is disappointing; door doesn't close well, walls are dirty and have holes, the bathtub was dirty and stained, the curtain, that apparently used to be white, is now yellow and had a big hole and the toilet seat kept sliding. Old , yellowish and stinky towels. Gave us short supplies, had to ask for more. In conclusion, I don't recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else"

"This was the second time we spent a weekend at Devonfield. Once again it was a perfect time. Doug and Jim are just the best hosts. They helped make the stay memorable. They offer various suggestions of attractions in the area if you are not familiar with the Berkshires. Our room was spotless and lovely. The inn is so inviting and relaxing especially by the fire in the evening. Jim is dynamite in the kitchen with his breakfasts! You simply have to try this inn for a nice couples getaway! We will definitely be back for a third trip! Thank you Doug and Jim for our getaway!"

"The hotel is quite old, the room facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is average. The breakfast is also average, but it's considered relatively good for this small town, especially since we came during peak season and all the rooms were full. After checking in, we found that one bed's bedding wasn't made. The receptionist came several times to get the bedding, and then we had to make the bed ourselves. There's nothing we could do since there's no housekeeping staff on duty at night."

"We decided on a quick weekend getaway and the Chamberry Inn was the perfect spot for us. The location is ideal - you can walk into town for meals and necessities. The Inn is so quaint and has all the amenities you will need for a stay. I would definitely recommend!"

"Fortunately, new management replaces that guy with long hair (I got a bad hit off him). Nice to feel welcome. Been trading weeks to stay at Ponds for years. The grounds, location, and unit layouts are what I like. Renovations are a big plus. I bring a 3 inch latex roll up topper on.road trips, as there are no more inner spring mattresses, wherever one goes. I don't use the pools, and don't know why some owners lament new showers replacing jet tubs.from.yesteryear."
