"The room was small, the mattress was too soft, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the room cleanliness was so-so, and the breakfast selection was very limited and mediocre. However, the front desk staff were extremely polite and highly commendable."

"The staff is great, But the room wasn’t. Checked in at 10 tired and ready to go to bed. When I got there the window was wide-open with the a tube hanging out the window, hooked to an air conditioning machine. I called the front desk and they said sorry for the inconvenience but that there were no more rooms and offered me earplugs. With the window being open I ended up having visitors 2 katydids tons of bugs flying around. Not to mention all the noise that came in. Once again I called the front desk they said there was nothing they could really do. The front desk was nice enough to come up and capture the bugs. Brought me a fan and a bug light zapper. Now why they had the bug light zapper on hand is a big red flag. Like I said the front desk was amazing but the room wasn’t worth any money. I think I would’ve been better sleeping in my car or on the quad with everybody else. "
