Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this family-owned hotel. Beautiful spacious building, stunning Mountain View, quiet rural area. It’s located quite close to Moganshan and all scenic areas can be easily reached. We received a very warm greeting from the hosts who were super caring and kind, thank you! Will definitely come back.

わあ！この場所はctripで予約して本当に良かったです。この場所の装飾はとても美しくモダンで、とても静かなエリアにあり、周りは小川と竹林に囲まれていて、とても穏やかで素敵です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、気配りがあり、プロフェッショナルで、まるで家にいるような気分にさせてくれました。そして、食べ物は素晴らしかったです。料理は中華料理でしたが、普通の中華料理ではありませんでした。地元のスタイルですが、とてもナチュラルで、すべてがとても新鮮で、自分の農場で採れた食材を使っているかのようでした。大都市からの逃避先を探している人には、この場所を強くお勧めします。莫干山に期待するものはすべてここにありますが、部屋が自分の家よりも良かったのでさらに良いです（笑）。インターネットは完璧に機能し、シャワーとテレビもすべて完璧です。私たちは徳清から電車で来ましたが、迎えのドライバーの手配を手伝ってくれました。この場所を強くお勧めします！

オーナーはとても親切で、部屋のタイプは無料でアップグレードされます。彼は率先して私たちのいくつかの部屋を同じ建物に移動しました。部屋の防音効果は意外と強く、夜はとても静かです。ホームステイでも食事ができ、普通のレストランに負けません。上司はまた、お茶を採り、タケノコを掘り、タケノコを炒め、ワンストップサービスで煮込んだ後山に連れて行きました。経験はとても良く、旅行体験はとても幸せです😊

Great hotel !!! Kids were happy with the animal farm , ridding horses , feeding the Llama, goats, chickens and a big ostrich. The food has a good taste. The pool is clean and next to the mountain. Activities for the kids ( like paint a hat ) The kids area is amazing with 2 donut slides and a net walking between the trees . For sure we will be back soon ! The attention of the personal was outstanding I was extremely pleased.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and friendly Li Zhen guided us with all the information every time she could and Ian in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful he could also speak in English so it was great, he even recommended places to visit in Moganshan, we felt like home. 🙏🏻

The hotel was nice and big, we came here to celbrate our wedding anniversary number 5, which is wood, so this hotel matched perfectly with that. However, when they took us to our room the first thing we noticed was that right at the entrance it was very muddy and dirty, ok we understood that it was raining and it may be out of their hands, but when we went inside the room, the situation was the same. We have a toddler of 17 months who is always crawling and walking on the floor and we noticed that even inside the room, the floor was desgusting, dust, hairs, bugs. The hotel didn´t do a good job of cleaning before our arrival. They had a broom inside the room and because this is in the middle of trees and nature I can understand that the floor can get dusty, but really... They couldn't give us a clean room as new guests? That was very dissapointing. The shower lightning didn't work. Everything else was fine, breakfast is repetitive.

We recently stayed at Moganshan Mountain Villa for one night and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by stunning scenery that really allows you to appreciate the natural beauty of Moganshan. The interior of the hotel is also very pleasant, with comfortable and well-maintained facilities that make for a relaxing stay. The staff were helpful throughout our visit and were always willing to assist when needed. At times, however, some staff members came across as a little blunt. A warmer, friendlier approach and a few more smiles would help create an even more welcoming atmosphere for guests. There are also a couple of areas where the hotel could be improved. An outdoor table tennis table would be a great addition and would provide another enjoyable activity for guests. Additionally, my girlfriend got a splinter in her foot around the pool area, so it may be worth checking the surfaces there to ensure they are safe and well maintained. Despite these minor points, we had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is fantastic, the surroundings are beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel area is amazing and peaceful. We didn’t expect it could be so lovely place to chill and enjoy time. The hotel is comfortable, clean and cozy. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Lovely coffee places, nice gym and swimming pool areas. The Mountain Views are the best. We didn’t want to leave because it was not enough and we know we will come again for sure. High recommended place to stay.

友人のために予約し、このホテルを選びましたが、がっかりしませんでした。大きなベッドルームは広としていて、換気と照明が良く、バスルームは設備が整っていて清潔です。ホテルは静かで、遮音性はとても良く、ウェイターはフレンドリーで、チェックインとチェックアウトの効率はとても高いです。周辺の施設も充実していて、食事や買い物に便利で、次回旅行するときに選びます!
