HHellaeОтель понравился, очень хорошее расположение, в двух шагах набережная на которой расположены китайские сети, хорошая прогулочная зона, рядом с отелем находится хороший супермаркет. Чистые и достаточно просторные номера, чистое белое постельное белье, удобные кровати, вежливый персонал. В отеле организовали экскурсию в Аллапуджу на хаусбот, помогли забронировать билеты в театр Катакали, который находится в десяти минутах от отеля, в ресторане вкусная еда, нам все понравилось, отель рекомендуем.

KKurzaThis is very impressive hotel for price and quality. I had very good stay there. As an international traveler, I had limited choice breakfast, but as soon as I asked for scrambled eggs and French toast, it was ready within minutes. Room is big and spacious. Very quiet, you don’t hear any sounds outside. Hot water is good, but managing shower wasn’t the best, so it’s area for improvement. Very nice facilities like swimming pool and gym comparing other hotel in the area.

ゲゲストEverything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

SShiabudeenWe stayed at this three-star hotel in Kochi for one night during a family trip. The location is convenient, close to Ernakulam Town Railway station and easily accessible by public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, especially at the front desk.
The room was decently sized and clean, though the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated. The air conditioning worked fine.
Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option for short stays, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and upkeep. Good for travelers who are looking for basic comfort without splurging.

ゲゲストthe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
