The hotel room is nice & clean but unfortunately there are no dining chairs provided. There is a place to cook but there are no pots, no plates, no cups of the right size, not provided. Do we have to bring all of that ourselves? Which is impossible! The washing machine provided is not safe to use because the door cannot be locked & the water comes out of the front door. The iron cord is too short and it is very difficult to use. The saddest thing is why the workers working in the front row are not friendly & there is no smile at all from them to your guests . Their faces are always sour & not friendly at all. There is not a single word ”Thank you” coming out of your frontliner. I think the management should change your frontline staff.

このホテルは快適な滞在に必要な基本的なアメニティを充実させてくれました。立地も素晴らしく、猫の像まで徒歩わずか2分で、そこからウォーターフロント沿いを散策できます。朝食ビュッフェも充実していて、チャーハンと新鮮なパイナップル、オレンジジュースが特に気に入りました。スタッフの方々もとても親切でフレンドリー、そして親身になって対応してくれました。素晴らしいサービスでした！

全体的には良かったし、気に入っています。ただ、私の特別なリクエストはまったく受け取ってもらえませんでした!! 結婚式の装飾をリクエストしましたが、第三者はホテルにリクエストについて何も通知も更新もしませんでした。受付に聞いたところ、第三者は何も更新も通知もしていないと言われ、とても不満でした。ホテルはゲストからの特別なリクエストを確認できないか、確認する権限がありませんが、第三者はゲストからホテルへのリクエストを更新する必要があります。それを修正してください!

クチン宿泊記 2026年3月13日～2026年3月15日 クチン3日間旅行 2泊の宿泊記録 1. 立地 (5/5) 旅行で最も重視するのは立地。いくつかの観光スポットへは徒歩で行けることを希望していました。 ホテルを出て左に曲がるとハイナン通りがあり、たくさんの美味しいお店があります。Hup Hoがおすすめです。 右に曲がると象徴的な白猫の交差点があり、シティウォークで10分ほど歩くとサラワク川沿いの撮影スポットに着きます。食事、買い物、散策にとても便利です。 近くで受けたマッサージも良かったですし、値段も手頃でした。 2. 環境 (3.5/5) 設備は少し古くなっていますが、宿泊には問題ありません。ごくシンプルな感じです。 アリがいましたが、東南アジアではよくあることかもしれません。多くなかったので許容範囲です。 防音はあまり良くなく、少し騒がしいですが、幸い宿泊客のマナーは良かったので大丈夫でした。 3. サービス (5/5) フロントのサービスは親切でした。 部屋にはWhatsAppホットラインがあり、迅速に返信、対応してくれました。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Legacy Hill Hotel is a beautifully renovated hotel located in the heart of Kuching. The hotel has a unique design, and although the lobby is simple, it feels modern, elegant, and very relaxing. One thing that really stood out was the excellent service. The two ladies at the front desk were always friendly and polite. Every time we walked past the reception, they would greet us with a warm smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Our room didn’t have a hairdryer, so we requested one and it was provided promptly. We also found the pillows a little too soft, and when we asked for two extra pillows, the staff happily accommodated our request. The next day, housekeeping cleaned our room and replaced the bed linens and towels. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was cold, the water pressure was excellent, and although the room wasn’t very large, it was more than sufficient for us. Considering the price, I was very satisfied with the overall value. Another plus is that there are plenty of parking spaces beside the hotel, making it very convenient for guests who drive. There are also many great local eateries and cafés within walking distance. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose Legacy Hill Hotel again the next time I visit Kuching.

Overall, I had a very good stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and the amenities provided were complete, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I experienced some issues with the communication and information provided before check-in. Firstly, the booking on the Trip app stated that free parking was available. However, upon arrival, I was informed that parking was not free and that I had to pay. This information should be updated to avoid confusion for future guests. Secondly, I was informed that I would receive the check-in guidelines one day before arrival, but I did not receive them until I contacted the management myself via message and phone call. There was also inconsistent information regarding the security deposit. One day before check-in, I was informed via chat that the deposit was RM100. However, the PDF document sent during check-in stated that the deposit was RM200. I paid RM100 based on our earlier conversation, but I was confused by the difference. I would recommend updating all information on the Trip app and in your check-in documents to ensure consistency. This should include parking fees, security deposit amounts, house rules, additional charges, and any check-in or video guidelines. Providing accurate and consistent information will help create a smoother experience for future guests.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient. I would happily stay here again.

Spacious room, basic breakfast, low price, good WiFi. The Alfresco Restaurant downstair at Tower B offer nice and low price western cuisine.

エレベーターが故障していたのでスーツケースで宿泊に来られている方は可哀そうでした。 窓ありの部屋を選びましたが、外の空気がすえるお部屋ではなく、廊下だったのが残念。 アメニティーは全部持参したほうがいいです。お湯シャワーの水圧、温度はとても良かったです。 排水の流れが少し追いついていませんでしたが、問題のない程度です。 冷蔵庫、ドライヤーはありませんがフロントで貸し出しをしてくれます。 ５０リンギットのデポジット、市税２０リンギットは現金払いです。 設備は古いですが、値段が値段なので許容範囲。立地は最高でした。
