The hotel was clean, the food / drink were spot on, and its located in a great spot (not far from the airport). The staff were friendly, especially Youssef (shout out to him). He was engaging, funny and always delivered high energy, hes a credit to the hotel!"

"このホテルが 4 つ星なのは不可解です。私たちが通された部屋は、現在バスケット コートなどを建設中の工事現場に面していましたが、ホテルからは見えないように遮蔽するべきでした。作業員が常に横の門をくさびで開けて、資材や道具を歩道に放置していました。私たちは 1 階の別の部屋に変更しましたが、そこは一日中日陰で快適ではありませんでした (このホテルの部屋の半分は大半の時間が日陰になっていることに注意してください)。すぐそばに大通りがあり、毎朝 8 時頃になると清掃員が非常にうるさいカートを押して (このカートにゴム製の車輪があればありがたいのですが) 大声で挨拶をしながら作業していました。部屋は古く、隣に人がいればその音が聞こえますが、誰かが勢いよくワードローブの引き戸を閉めると、部屋が揺れます。パティオのドアの鍵は役に立たず、床がモップで拭かれた場所のカーテンは汚れていて、同じ水準の清掃が2度受けられたことはなく、時には全く受けられなかった。 私たちはハーフボードでしたが、最初の夜以降は外食したいと思い、レストランで食事をしたのは1晩だけでした。食事はあまり食欲をそそるものではありませんでした。 便利という理由だけで毎朝レストランで食事をしましたが、清潔さの水準にはまだまだ改善の余地がありました。 きれいな皿も少し汚れていて濡れたまま積み重なっていることが多く、飲み物のグラスも汚れていて濡れてシミがついていました。 ドリンクマシンに近い屋外のダイニングエリアは埃っぽくて汚かったです。 プールエリアでは一日中音楽が流れていますが、スピーカーがバルコニーの外にある部屋を与えられたくはありませんでした。 レセプションエリアとトイレの清潔さは印象的だったと言わざるを得ません。 ホテルへの注意：なぜ階段の手すりをクリスマスの飾りで覆い、階段を使用しているときに手を走らせるのが危険になっているのですか？これに苦労している人が何人かいました。10年ほど前にここに泊まりましたが、もう一度泊まってみようと思いましたが、絶対にまた泊まりません。"

"Positives: - Staff friendly and helpful - Pool areas and activities fantastic for kids - Food good - Large rooms with a living area Negatives: - Rooms very old and tatty; this wouldn’t have been an issue if there wasn’t a terrible sewage smell - Brown water in showers - Overflowing drains - Whole hotel smells of sewage - 3 cockroaches in our room over the week Overall,we would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. The drains and the cockroaches were a real ick. It’s a shame when you spend a lot of money for a week away and are happy to be back in your own home. The reception offered to move our room but all rooms have the same issue."

"Beautiful hotel. We was in room 131, which is above reception, overlooking the pool and a sea view to the left on the balcony. Booking in was easy and straight forward. Top marks for the reception team. There is a lift, but we always take the stairs as we didn't plan on doing anything to arduous. Need to get some exercise somehow! In the room is a 6 foot wide, 1.8 metres in new money. Bed side stands with a drawer each side. A dresser with drawers and a TV above. Shelves on the side with a hanging wardrobe. Theres a safe in there. A separate bathroom and shower cubicle and shower gel and shampoo included. The room was cleaned every day. The lady's do a great job. Meals are nothing to complain about, although I did hear someone complain once. But I can live without hash browns (eyes rolled back). Always greeted with a smile on arrival. The staff were always busy clearing empty plates and sweeping dropped food. There's a large selection of food to choose and replenished frequently so it's always hot and fresh. Beer and wine are self service at lunch and dinner. The pool is 1.5 metres deep all over with a stepped area about 600mm. Stepps and a ramp in. There's a shallow pool for the little kids too, and a jacuzzi. There's plenty of sun loungers but not so many parasols. I think theres about a quarter of the loungers have them. Theres a no reserving policy, but everyone dose. There is a bar near the pool with a large shaded seating area. We had a wonderfully chilled and relaxed time there and have no hesitation to go back."

"Fabulous hotel facilities and great customer service. Facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Pool area was quiet and clean. Condition of the golf course was exceptional. Used the gym a few times which was well kitted out, but no air con which wasn’t ideal but could leave external doors open for a breeze. A good walkable distance from town (30mins) which meant we could manage without a hire car. Would highly recommend"

"I stayed in this hotel in Villaverde for two nights including half board. What a lovely place, friendly and helpful staff, very quiet (you only hear the sound of the birds), a comfortable bed, a nice garden and pool area. And the best thing was that the evening I arrived the chef made me some nice vegan dishes and the second evening he had prepared an even better vegan menu especially for me. I really appreciated that very much."
