"The location and free parking are the best things about this motel. The breakfast is interesting; the coffee taste strange, the bread and cereal sit out in the room all day, and there are little packets of various cookies which is the only good thing about the breakfast.... although strange for breakfast. The air-conditioner and TV keep turning off so I am sure the hotel owners have set them to timmers! The dryer provided by the motel for free doesn't work well but someone from the staff keep turning it off when you use it so I suppose they don't want guests to use it. The bed is very uncomfortable especially the double bed in the family room because they have an electric blanket on the mattress even in summer and it has a very big hard heating unit and it is difficult to sleep on.. the worst thing about this motel is the extremely strong pungent smell in the room which hits you as soon as you open the door. The motel did offer to move our room but it seemed more effort than it was worth because they asked us to wait until the following day after they had cleaned the room when other guests had left. there was no guarantee that room didn't have a smell either!"

"The pillows were nice and fluffy. The bed was very comfortable, nice and cozy. The room was very large and spacious. Loved the living room section it made us feel like at home with very comfortable furniture, Having Two full bathrooms was great."

"Absolutely disgusting management here! Have stayed here before with the old managers and the property itself was run down, filthy and plain disgusting. Had to urgently book a stay in Young- this was the only place available (no surprises here). Accidentally made a mistake on my booking and had to transfer the stay by one night. This is where I experienced the worst customer service EVER! The Indian lady on the phone started abusing me, telling me that *********** was ripping her off (not my fault). I had a simple request date change (by 1 night) and she was being extremely rude. Would not help me at all- spoke to *********** who told me to call the property. She was not listening to what *********** told me- told me to never stay again and hung up the phone! Whoever owns this motel has made a BIG mistake employing this horrible lady. I'm a travelling medical specialist, and I will be making it known to my entire network and company to avoid this motel. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
