🚗交通:空港は450ペソでタクシーで行きます。とても綺麗な半島で、空港から車で25分です。 🧹衛生:申し分のない、庭もきれいです 🍃環境:各部屋はプライベートプール付きのシングルヴィラで、プライバシーはとても良いです。湾の景色はすでに美しく、非常に価値があります。 🔔サービス:24時間ルームサービス、いつでもどこでも公園内のゴルフカートを呼び出します。タイのレストランは試してみる価値があります。魚のスープは本当におばあちゃんの味があります。レストランは夕日と忘れられない景色を見ることができます。 アカプルコの最高のホテルは間違いなく5つ星の価値があります。

場所、設備、サービス、清潔さ、レストランのビュッフェ、すべてが素晴らしいのですが、ビーチクラブはひどいです。ドリンクが最低でも250メキシコドル以上、シュリンプカクテルも250メキシコドル以上しますが、どちらの場合も量が非常に少なく、プラスチックのスープ皿で提供され、まったく味がありません。ドリンクとカクテルはどちらも、持ち込みができないために残念ながら他にはありません。施設は美しく、海のプールは最高ですが、ベラビスタレストランのビュッフェに行き、完全に満足するまで食べて飲んで、2人で900メキシコドルを支払い、素晴らしい味だったのに、ビーチクラブでドリンク2杯とカクテルに1100メキシコドルを支払い、味と量に満足できないまま帰りました。それを必ず調整する必要があります。それを支払うのは面倒だと感じました。私の問題はお金ではありません。お金と引き換えに私が受け取るに値するものを受け取っていないことが問題なのです。

El Hotel está estupendo , instalaciones, albercas, pero al no tener playa  cada día nos desplazamos en su camioneta al Club de Palaya, es genial son 10m en camión y estás en la playa con todos los servicios del Hotel….pues no… ahí estuvo nuestro problema los meseros del club de playa no nos hicieron caso, por 4 veces mi esposo se tuvo que parar e ir hasta el bar y venir el cargando la comida y la bebida, les llamamos hasta en más de 6 veces , decían si si y nunca llegó nadie a tomar nuestra orden. La habitación genial y su servicio de Valet Parking en cambio decían lo mejor que he visto, eficientes, amables,  En fin hubo de todo en este hotel buró y malo, pero obvio la atención en la playa es un básico en vacaciones y no estuvo a la altura

A pesar de que ya pasó dos años del huracán Otis aún está en reparación algunas áreas, baños. En general muy bien, el personal amable, puede mejorar mucho más. La comida está buena y las albercas que si funcionan bien.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

Although Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

El buffet está excelente es lo único que puedo recomendar plenamente, porque la comida en el restaurante está pésima y más aún te dejan esperando 2 hrs para poderte servir, no se si es por la temporada la suerte o siempre tengan este tipo de problema pero el hotel se quedó 2 días sin luz eso a un nado que la habitación que tenía no le servía el cancele que da para la terraza la cual en las noches sonaba muy feo con el golpeteo del aire y no dejaba dormir, cuando solicitas el cambio de habitación a una que estuviera mejor la niegan, pero a otros inquilinos si se los dan, deberían de mejorar eso ya que uno como turista lo que quiere es evitar pasar malos ratos.

Muy buenas instalaciones excepto que hay varias cosas que no te dicen al entrar o al reciente y los guardias de seguridad no son nada amables
